Healthcare today is strangely disconnected. Every new doctor visit starts with the same ritual: you retell your medical story from memory, trying to remember what matters, while the doctor pieces together fragments from PDFs, notes, lab results, and whatever you can recall in the moment. We built Theon because we think intelligence is becoming abundant but it still isn’t applied to the most important story most people have: their health. Theon creates a living, patient-owned medical record that stays with you across doctors, clinics, and even countries. Patients can continuously log symptoms, measurements, and updates, while doctors get instant, structured context and AI-powered assistance to understand the patient faster and spend more time actually caring for them. What excites us most is the incentive loop: Every minute saved for the doctor improves the patient’s record, which becomes more useful to the next doctor they see.
