thefrontkit - Pick a business app. Brand it. Launch this weekend.

thefrontkit is a growing library of complete business apps — CRMs, invoicing, booking, dashboards, AI tools — that founders clone, rebrand in an afternoon, and launch as real businesses without a dev team.

Hey PH 👋 GG here, back with thefrontkit 2.0.

4 months ago, we launched here as "UI kits for developers." We were wrong about who needed this.

The people actually buying weren't devs looking for components. They were founders DMing us, asking,

"Can I just buy the whole app and launch a business with it?"

So we rebuilt the entire product around that question.

thefrontkit 2.0 is a growing library of complete business apps — CRMs, invoicing tools, booking systems, admin dashboards, AI chat apps, and more — that you clone, rebrand in an afternoon, and launch as a real business this weekend.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT

  • Complete business apps, not components or starter kits

  • Live demo for every single app — click around, break things, then decide

  • Token-driven theming so rebranding takes an afternoon, not a sprint

  • New apps added every week

FOUNDING 50 OFFER (48H ONLY)

🎟️ 40% off everything — discount auto-applied at checkout

The first 50 founders get featured when they launch their business on thefrontkit. We want 50 real businesses to live in 90 days.

A PERSONAL THANK YOU

To everyone who showed up for launch 1 — you know who you are. Would love your honest take on the pivot.

WHAT I'D LOVE FROM YOU

  • Open a demo (no signup) and tell me what feels off

  • Tell me which app you'd actually launch a business with

  • If you're already building something, drop a link — I'll cheer you on

Thanks for having us back. 🚀

@greedy_reader  The pivot from "components/starter kits" to "complete apps you can rebrand and ship" is spot on. As a solo founder myself (building Advertly), the biggest time sink early on is always rebuilding the same CRUD patterns — invoicing, dashboards, auth flows. The token-driven theming approach is clever because it solves the "it looks like a template" problem that kills most template businesses. One suggestion: a case study section showing real businesses launched using thefrontkit (with revenue numbers if they're willing) would be incredibly compelling. People don't just want to see apps — they want to see proof that the business model works on top of them. Great execution here!

@gaurav_singh91  Thanks, this means a lot coming from a fellow solo founder. You nailed the core tension: the "looks like a template" problem is exactly why most kits don't convert into real businesses, and it's what we obsessed over with the token system. The case study idea is gold. We've got a few early customers shipping on top of the kits right now, and I've been hesitant to push them for numbers too early, but you're right that it's the proof point that actually matters. Going to reach out this week and see who's open to sharing. Best of luck with Advertly. Would love to see it when you launch.

The "AI tools" category in the library is the one I'd want to know more about. Are those pre-built apps that happen to use AI features, or are they more like wrappers around GPT that you'd still need to connect your own API keys and handle rate limits on? Big difference in what "launch-ready" means.
