Hey! I'm a brand strategist at Verve, the agency that's responsible for the rebranding of The Org.
When we started our work, it was really difficult to understand the 'what's-in-it-for-me' as a user. The new focus on employer branding makes so much more sense - it gives the transparent org charts a clear purpose, even though the ways in which you could use them are literally infinite... Big up for @cwylonis and @ajarbol and their vision.
Fun fact: We hired our first-ever copywriter using The Org last month. He loved the tool as part of his onboarding process and called it 'much more helpful than the random 'about' page on Verve's website'!
