Hello all, These are lessons I learned from building a marketplace startup as a first-time founder over the past ~4 years. In this "guide" I tried to make them as easy to read as possible with increasing levels of verbosity: You can go to the cheatsheet: https://themarketplace.guide/che... to get a one sentence overview of all. You can read only the headings in each of the lessons. Or you can read the entire content. The aim is to give others the information in advance so that they don't have to learn how the minutiae on the job but can instead focus on what is actually important in their business. This is my first time putting something like this together and I not only welcome, but appreciate feedback. If there are lessons you'd like to add, feel free to email me. I'm still working on a proper contributing set up.
