We made a video for The GTM Co-Founder (and hit 300 stars)
We just crossed 300 GitHub stars on The GTM Co-Founder, so to mark it, we finally made a proper video.
The GTM Co-Founder is a set of open-source GTM skills that run inside your coding agent. It interviews you, builds a prioritised go-to-market plan, then works it with you one problem at a time. Not a library of playbooks you read. A co-founder that does the work with you.
The tricky part: it's essentially 18 skills and a terminal, so there isn't much room to give it personality. I wanted to do something fun anyway.
