The Growth Initiative - Incentivize feedback on your job applications

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I am thrilled to present my project: The Growth Initiative Earlier this year I was laid-off from my job and started searching for a new job. The biggest pain point I encountered was submitting job applications, but not hearing anything back, or receiving boilerplate rejections from automated "no-reply" email addresses. Without feedback I felt lost and deflated because I didn't know where I was going wrong or how to improve. I thought: how can I bring attention to my resume, demonstrate that I'm committed to growth, pierce through the corporate process, and motivate the person who reviewed my application to give me feedback? I needed a trojan horse into corporate and to create an incentive for talent acquisition/hiring staff to provide feedback to me amongst 100s of other competing resumes. This is why I built The Growth Initiative. The platform is simple. It allows job applicants to create a feedback portal and incentive on their resume/cover letter by loading a QR code with a small reward, enough for a coffee, for example. Talent acquisition/hiring staff can earn the reward (e-gift cards to Amazon, etc.) by scanning the QR code and providing feedback.
