I was surprised by the number of cards that I arranged in the ‘to-do’ section...there’s still much more to be done, and these cards are a great way to determine areas where you can still direct efforts, no matter how long you’ve been working on a project.

I actually made this to get away from trello. I was feeling a little bombarded by it, so I added folder separators in the box so that you can separate the "TO DO", "DOING", "DONE". Nice tactile way of getting stuff done.
Please don't get me wrong. The product is great. It's just not for me, because it takes time (shipping) and space (on a desk, in a bag).

Exactly. That's what I was hoping for. Sometimes you get so overwhelmed by whats out there, that you want to do it all. This keeps you a bit more organized and also reminds you that you can't do everything at once. :)

I don't get it...are the cards already filled out? Or is this a physical kanban?

they are already filled out with ideas for different stages of your business: brainstorming, acquiring new customers, converting them, retaining them, having them advocate for you, and then cashing in. The box is designed with things to do, doing, done separators so that you can organize yourself. :)
