The Founder Test - Discover the one constraint holding your business back

Hi everyone, I built The Founder Test after noticing the same pattern repeatedly while working with early-stage founders and experiencing it myself when running an e-commerce business. When a business feels stuck, founders usually assume the problem is marketing, tactics, or effort. But in many cases the real issue is simpler: founders are solving the problem for the stage they think they’re in — not the stage their business is actually sitting. For example: • Some founders try to scale marketing before demand is proven • Others have something that works but are spread across too many directions • Sometimes the business works, but growth is limited by systems or operational capacity Over time I started thinking about these as structural tests that every business sits as it grows. The Founder Test is a free 5-minute diagnostic that identifies which test your business is currently sitting — whether that’s Demand, Focus, Execution, Trust, Capacity, Timing, or Shock. Once you know the test, the goal is simple: pass it and move forward, instead of wasting months solving the wrong problem. This launch is just the first step.
