The Food App is an app where you can scan products for free to detect ultra-processed foods, additives and whether a food is safe for you allergy. Our app can be used by everyone around the world, but we have now officially launched in the UK, with tens of thousands of UK products in the database.

Our app is a bit different then other similar apps. We do not generate any custom scores, but use standard classifications like NOVA and Nutri-Score. We are also building our own database from scratch, currently with more then 30.000 UK grocery products. The core scan feature is completely free and unlimited. For access to all features, we offer a subscription that gives you search, swaps and browsing of food categories. We’re still early in the development, so please let us know what features you’d like to see next or what’s missing so far.
