The Evolved BaZi & Feng Shui Calculator - A modern BaZi & Feng Shui calculator inspired by Shao Yong

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Bruce, the maker of Shaogn. I grew up around the world of Chinese metaphysics, especially BaZi and Feng Shui. One thing I noticed is that most online tools simply repeat interpretations from very old books. In many ways, the system hasn’t evolved, it’s like software that never received an update. But in reality, many modern masters have refined and expanded the theory through decades of practice. Shaogn is built on the lineage of Shao Yong, and the modern research of Shao Weihua and Shao Gang. Their teachings have reached hundreds of thousands of students, and we wanted to bring this evolved system online. Another key idea behind Shaogn: AI alone cannot truly interpret the I Ching. Why? Because Yi studies combine Numbers (calculations) and Symbols (imagination & interpretation). AI is powerful at numbers, but the symbolic layer still requires human insight.
