When my wife ran her salon she was always busy during the day with no time to handle client messages and especially enquiries from new customers. Managing social DMs on Insta, Facebook, WhatsApp was messy and time consuming. She would be spending evenings on the phone trying to get back to everyone, but was missing bookings by replying late. I realised there wasn’t a tool built specifically for beauty clinics to handle this. Everything was either generic social media tools or big salon management systems that didn’t focus on messaging. Either way they tended to be super technical to set up. So I started building Esteti. It's a SaaS platform that brings Instagram and Facebook DMs into one organised inbox. Of course it works on desktop and mobile. Clinic staff can tag enquiries by treatment, snooze conversations for follow-ups, and quickly send price lists, photos, or booking links. The goal was to make something simple that fits the way beauty clinic enquiries actually work, helping them stay organised and turn more social media enquiries into actual bookings.
