Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Javi, and I built this tool to help UK property developers and planning consultants quickly estimate how much they’ll owe under the upcoming Building Safety Levy, coming into force in 2026. There’s a lot of confusion around how the levy works with different rates by authority, exemptions under 10 units and changing legislation. So I decided to make a free calculator that does the hard work for you.
