I'm a Technical PM who built Tempo because I kept losing billable hours between clients — and every tracker I tried was either too complex or too ugly to open every day.
Built it solo over 2-3 months. Early testers gave great feedback and helped shape the current version — bugs fixed, currency options added, and the project flow improved based on their input.
