What would make a break/reset reminder actually useful instead of annoying?

Every break-reminder feature I've tried eventually gets snoozed into oblivion — mine included, in early builds. Curious what's actually worked for people, or what's made you turn a feature like this off entirely.

A few specific things I'm weighing right now:

Timing — is a suggestion more useful at a natural pause (tests pass, a deploy finishes) or on a fixed interval regardless of what you're doing?

Frequency — Tempo caps itself at two offers a day. Too conservative, too aggressive, or about right?

Framing — does it help more to just state a fact ("you've been at this 90 minutes") or does it need more of an actual nudge to work?

Not fishing for validation on what I've already built — genuinely trying to figure out where the line is between helpful and annoying before I lock more of this in.
