We built TemplateFlow because writing the same emails again and again in Gmail is frustrating and time-consuming.
Most template tools felt too heavy, outdated, or disconnected from actual workflows. We wanted something lightweight, fast, and AI-native — directly inside Gmail.
TemplateFlow started as a simple template manager, but after testing with real users, we added:
* Slash commands for faster insertion
* AI-powered polishing and rewriting
* Variable replacement
* Better organization for reusable workflows
Our goal is simple: help people reply faster, write better emails, and reduce repetitive work without leaving Gmail.
We’re still improving the product every week, and feedback from the Product Hunt community means a lot to us 🙌

What use cases does TemplateFlow work best for? Is it better suited for high-volume support replies, business emails, marketing campaigns, or general daily office communication?
Thanks for the question — TemplateFlow is mainly built for repetitive day-to-day communication inside Gmail rather than large-scale marketing campaigns.
It works especially well for support replies, sales follow-ups, recruiting, client onboarding, and general business communication where you send similar emails repeatedly but still want them to feel personal.
For mass email campaigns and automation-heavy marketing flows, dedicated platforms are usually a better fit.

Quick question: is there an option to export/backup templates? How do I move them if I switch devices or reinstall the extension?
