I generated the whole thing with Veo 3.5 in Google Flow reference images to keep the same two faces across clips, 10-second scenes with native dialogue, then intercut with real screen recordings of the app so the jump cuts feel intentional rather than AI-jank. One afternoon, no casting, no shoot.
