Teamwork made simple - Teamwork without the complexity

by
The problem isn't finding tools: it's finding one that won't become another problem. After years testing Asana, Trello, Notion... I was missing the answer to: who does what? SimplyTeam focuses where it matters: on who you delegate to. Every team organizes as they prefer with personal tags, not imposed projects. You control your deadlines, not others'. Everything in one place: conversations with clear ownership, inbox, "Pending review", read receipts, calendar. No noise. Assign, discuss, close.

I started SimplyTeam because I was tired of losing track of who had what to do. After testing every tool out there, I realized the problem wasn't features—it was focus. So I built something simple: assign, talk, close. Would love your feedback!

The personal tags approach actually makes sense for how smaller teams naturally work. Liked that the inbox shows clear ownership instead of endless threads to scroll through.

One thing that would really help me is a lightweight weekly digest email showing what each person owes me and what I owe them, so I don't have to open the app daily just to keep mental tabs on outstanding tasks.
