TeamSub by OK200 - Get visibility on subscriptions - stop software budget leak

As your business scales, so does your software footprint. TeamSub works in the background through a browser extension to keep an eye on services your team members are logging into. No intrusive monitoring - just clear visibility into your active subscriptions.

Hi everyone, Paul here from OK200, just introducing our "TeamSub" product. We built this tool to scratch our own itch; we were losing visibility on who was using which service within the team, and finding hundreds of dollars each month quietly being sent to services we no longer use. For a small team, this really really adds up. For bigger teams, it must be huge. When we first brought the system online, within a day it saved us $60 / month on a subscription we forgot we were still paying for. It's already paid for itself. Businesses that we've spoken to, manage their subscriptions on complex excel/Google sheets, and they say they "forget about" adding new subscriptions all the time. TeamSub does this automatically for them by populating the dashboard behind the scenes, through a Chrome plugin (we only support Chrome right now). If a service shows up that's not contextual to your team, you can easily ignore it for all or for your team member individually, keeping the dashboard nice & tidy. In future versions, we're planning to introduce new features like - Cost visibility - Subscription "type" granularity (eg team or individual) - Notifications around non-usage - eg "Looks like nobody has logged into Service X in 3 months, cancel it and save $120" - Grouping members into sub-teams for bigger organisations ..and more. It's *free forever* up to 3 team members, so small teams can get immediate benefit from it. From there, it's only $1 per month per team member. Our thinking is: if it saves even $10 for a small biz in a forgotten subscription, it's already paying for itself! For the first 100 ProductHunt users thinking of checking out the service who need more than 3 team members, use the code *PRODUCTHUNT100* and that will open up the system to unlimited members for 6 months. Let us know what you think, give us an upvote if you reckon this tool might be useful for your team, happy to answer any questions here too - thanks all.
