TeamCerts - Training records and certificate reminders for small teams
by•
TeamCerts keeps employee training records and certificate expiry dates in one color-coded matrix. Set what each role needs, import your spreadsheet, and get an email every Monday with what expired and what expires within 30 days.

Hi Product Hunt. I built TeamCerts for small companies that keep training records in a spreadsheet and only find out a forklift license or first aid certificate has expired when someone asks for it.
You list the trainings each role needs and how long they stay valid, log completion dates or import your CSV, and TeamCerts shows a color-coded matrix. Every Monday it emails you what expired, what is missing and what expires in the next 30 days. New hires get a checklist built from their role.
There are no courses or quizzes, and staff don't need logins. One person runs it in the browser.
It is free for up to 5 employees, and Starter is a flat $29 a month for up to 50 people. I would like to hear how you track certificates today and what would make you switch.
