I was previously leading product design a Uber where I worked on rider, driver, eats, scotters, saftey, support, uber.com, and more!
We built Teambridge for the people who tech often overlooks, or often doesn't understand well enough to help. With AI, the gap between ideation and execution is smaller than ever and small admin teams trying to do right by thousands of frontline workers deserve to access this new technology.
Thats why today, we are unveiling Teambridge AI: AI tools, AI teammates (we call Specialist), a powerful orchestration layer to enable full autonomy, and the first of its kind prompt-to-code policy enforcer (think unique scheduling, union, job matching, credentialing, expensing, margins etc!).
We built Teambridge AI for the people who need it most. The 80% of the world that keep the world running. Frontline workers like nurses, security, fork lift operators- who have to deal with the antiquated tech that has been left for them.

Feedback has been good, our goal is to make it as easy to use as possible, making the power of AI accessible to the non-technical (which is really where it's potential lies inherently - minimizing the gap between ideation and execution at scale - for all!).
