When we launched Teamble here on PH in 2021, we were rolling our sleeves to fix a major problem at work:
▶️ Feedback at work is broken. Managers either #1 don’t give feedback at all, or when they do, #2 it’s just bad.
Teamble 1.0 was built to make feedback simple and continuous, so that it happens more, and we fix problem #1
And it worked, thanks to your help we were Product #1 Of The Day here🙏
And Employees using Teamble gave and received 22x more feedback than before.
But while we unlocked thousands of feedback conversations… we didn’t fully fix problem #2: the bad feedback.
And here’s why:
Most managers aren’t trained in strategic, developmental, or critical conversations. And no one-time training session is going to change that.

I recall a research paper that I have studied ~10 years ago. The authors said that 50+% of employers would trust robots more then their managers (not a joke, but I do not remeber the scope of the research) It looks like you are on the right way

@maxirmx That's an interesting point! I've built personal feedback within the company based on regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing feedback, but automating feedback could be a great addition. Thanks for the idea!

While blue was the dominant color before, we’ve introduced rainbow accents alongside a clean white layout, resulting in a more modern and visually dynamic design.

How does Teamble ensure the confidentiality and privacy of feedback shared within organizations? It’s essential that people feel safe when giving honest and constructive feedback.
How does Teamble handle negative feedback to ensure it leads to productive outcomes rather than disengagement or conflict? Creating a culture of growth from feedback is key!
How does Teamble foster a continuous feedback loop without overwhelming users with constant notifications? Striking the right balance between regular feedback and avoiding notification fatigue is a tricky but important aspect.
