Taresense - Any receipt, invoice, or PDF → clean canonical JSON or CSV

by
Taresense converts receipts, invoices, and statements into structured data. Upload a PDF or photo, or send it through the API. It returns line items, fees, taxes, totals, and categories in one standard schema. Works with QuickBooks, Sheets, Xero, or your own system. Totals are checked before the result is returned. If the math does not match, it gets flagged. Built by an independent operator. Focused on one job: turning messy financial documents into clean, usable data.

Hey Product Hunt, Zayd here, founder of Taresense. Receipts, invoices, and statements are messy. Every merchant formats them differently, which makes expense tracking, reimbursements, accounting imports, and spending analysis harder than they should be. Taresense turns those documents into one clean schema. Upload a PDF or photo and get structured JSON or CSV with line items, fees, taxes, totals, and categories. The totals are also checked before the result is returned. If the math does not reconcile, it gets flagged. Same output structure whether it is a hotel receipt, Uber receipt, supplier invoice, bank statement, or a long pharmacy receipt. A few things I would love feedback on: Is the schema useful for how you would plug this into your workflow? Which document types or merchants should we support better? Where would you use this first: accounting, reimbursements, expense tracking, or internal ops? I’ll be in the comments today. Send anything that breaks.
