We built TapStamp because paper stamp cards are broken. Customers lose them, forget them, or they end up in the wash. Businesses have no idea who their regulars are or how often they come back. We wanted to make loyalty simple for small businesses in the UK. No iPads on the counter, no complicated POS integrations, no monthly fees per customer. Just an NFC pod next to the till that customers tap with their phone. Done in under a second. The business gets a dashboard with real analytics, push notifications, and customer insights. The customer gets a free app that works offline and never gets lost. We started with cafes and barbers but quickly realised every small business with repeat customers has the same problem.
