Hey everyone Piyush here, solo dev behind Tankly. I built the health scoring engine to actually weigh severity instead of just averaging numbers, but I'm curious what else matters to fellow fishkeepers.
If you keep freshwater, coldwater, or reef tanks- what's the most annoying part of tracking water parameters today? And is there a feature you wish existed in every aquarium app but never does?
Would love to hear what you'd want to see in Tankly next.
Tankly's core difference is its health scoring—it weighs how bad each parameter reading is, penalizes harder when multiple things go wrong together, and factors in how long a tank's been off, with separate tuning for freshwater, coldwater, and reef tanks. So the score actually means something for your setup. It's also a complete app: equipment/task logging, XP and achievements, and a community feed for sharing tank photos.
