Hi there! TaleTutor is a passion project for making learning language a lot easier. TaleTutor allows you to completely customise reading and audio material for 32 different languages. Plus it learns what you know over time to help rank new stories, and give you a clue as to whether or not you know it.
I used to use a very scrappy version of this tool to learn focused vocabulary such as when I was on a fishing trip but knew no Polish fishing vocabulary. TaleTutor is a polished and developing language tool that aims to make learning resources as easy and accessible for beginners of a language as possible.

This looks neat! Heads up that I tried to sign up with the free registration but got the Django error screen (giving me flashbacks to my last python server project, haha). Specifically: null value in column "story_tokens_left" of relation "users_tokensleft" violates not-null constraint, /home/ubuntu/languageAP/app/users/views.py, line 109, in register. Hope that helps, best of luck with your launch.

@casey_woolfolk Thanky you for this. Small db issue is fixed now. Trying to ship too many new feature at once before launch. Emptying those marbels, maybe the next launch will go better.

💎 Pixel perfection
@mercedesssss___ Ha! Totally understood. I'm literally making those kinds of changes right now (despite knowing that I'm better off leaving as-is).
This tool keeps it real: no flashy gimmicks, just genuinely helpful material guided by solid comprehensible input principles. You can tell it was made with a whole lot of care and love, and that’s easily worth 5 stars in my book!

@nazar_tekhta Thank you so much. It took a while to get the feel where I wanted but I literally made it for myself and the way I learn langauges. This comment means the world
