Taimorx - All-in-one workspace for managing your team and operations

byβ€’
Taimorx is an all-in-one platform designed to help teams manage projects, track time, calculate salaries, and handle invoicing β€” all from a single workspace. Built for small to mid-sized teams, it replaces scattered tools and spreadsheets with a clear, unified system that gives you full visibility and control over your operations.

Hey Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ I’m excited to introduce Taimorx! We built Taimorx because we kept seeing the same problem across teams β€” too many tools, messy workflows, and no clear visibility into what’s actually happening. So we created a simple solution: β†’ manage projects β†’ track time β†’ calculate salaries β†’ send invoices All in one place. Our goal is to help small teams run like high-performing companies without the operational chaos. Would love your feedback, questions, and thoughts πŸ™Œ

This looks interesting, how is Taimorx different from tools like ClickUp or Asana?

@mery_arustamyan Love this question, probably the #1 thing people ask us😊

Tools like ClickUp or Asana are great at answering β€œWhat are we working on?”

But they don’t really answer β€œAre we actually making money doing it?”

That’s where Taimorx comes in.

We connect the dots between time, costs, and work so you can actually see:

  • which projects are profitable (or not☺️)

  • where time is quietly eating your margin

  • which clients are truly worth it

So yeah, less about managing tasks, more about understanding your business.

@gareginΒ

Since you mention identifying which clients are truly worth it, does the platform allow us to set different billable rates and internal cost rates for each team member?

@mery_arustamyanΒ profitability in Taimorx is calculated automatically based on several connected data points:

On the Revenue Side:
- Time tracked per project multiplied by your billable rates (supports hourly, fixed-price, or hybrid models)
- Invoices linked to projects with line items, amounts, and payment status
- Actual income received per project

On the Cost Side:
- Employee cost per hour applied to every time entry
- Full salary history per employee
- Bonuses
- Operational expenses (both recurring and one-time)
From this data, the system automatically calculates:
- Project Profit β€” revenue minus all costs per project
- Project Margin % β€” profit as a percentage of revenue
- Project Health Status β€” clearly labeled as Healthy, Low, or Losing
- Employee Contribution β€” revenue generated minus salary cost per person
- Employee Utilization β€” billable hours vs. expected hours
- Invoicing Ratio β€” percentage of billable work that has been invoiced
- Collection Ratio β€” percentage of invoiced amounts that have been paid
- Net Profit β€” total revenue minus salaries minus expenses
The system also tracks the full work-to-money pipeline: hours logged β†’ billable value β†’ invoiced amount β†’ paid amount. This makes it easy to identify exactly where revenue may be leaking β€” whether it's uninvoiced work or unpaid invoices.

In practice, the setup is straightforward:
1. Set your employee cost rates and project billing rates
2. Have your team track time against projects
3. Create invoices and record payments
4. Open the dashboard β€” profitability updates in real time

No manual calculations needed. Everything connects automatically.

@garegin How fast can a team get started with this?

@artur_julhakyanΒ Usually it's something like inviting your team, setting basic hourly rates, creating a couple of projects. And that's it - you can already start seeing useful data coming in.
No heavy setup, no long onboarding... we tried to keep it very practical and lightweight.
