As a recent graduate I lived this problem firsthand, spending hours tailoring resumes for every application, rewriting the same bullet points at midnight, never really knowing if I was using the right keywords or saying the right things. I'd apply to 20 jobs and hear nothing back, not because I wasn't qualified but because my resume wasn't speaking their language. That frustration is exactly why I built TailoredApplication. The idea was simple - you should only have to tell your career story once. After that, every application should take minutes, not hours. So you build your profile once, paste any job URL, and we do the rest : - Decode the job description - Score how well you match across skills, personality and culture fit then rewrite your resume and cover letter in the employer's exact language.
