Hey, I’m Irshad, cofounder and CEO of Tailorec. My cofounder Faishal (@faishal_manzar) and I built Tailorec because applying to jobs has become fragmented, repetitive, and extremely inefficient. Today, a candidate has to search across job boards, guess which roles are worth applying to, rewrite resumes manually, look for referrals separately, fill long forms, and track everything across different tools. Tailorec brings that workflow under one roof. Users can upload a resume, see high-fit jobs with fit scores and explanations, understand what can be improved, find alumni or relevant connections for referral, tailor resumes manually or with AI, and apply through an AI agent after approval. We are currently in public beta and are launching today to get feedback from job seekers, founders, recruiters, and builders who understand how broken hiring has become.
