We're Toni and Marc, two guys who quit everything to move to Bali and build Tafy - a VTC marketplace launching in Madrid.
The idea is simple but nobody has done it properly in Spain yet. Drivers set their own fares in real time. No algorithm. No surge pricing. No platform telling them what their work is worth.
We have less than 2 months to launch and we're doing this without investors or a big budget.
A few things we'd love your honest feedback on:
- Does the model make sense to you? - Would you use an app where you can see what the driver actually earns? - What would make you switch from Uber?
