We moved to Bali to finish the product. Less than 2 months to launch in Madrid. I believe the gig economy can work better for the people doing the actual work.

We're Toni and Marc, two guys who quit everything to move to Bali and build Tafy - a VTC marketplace launching in Madrid.

The idea is simple but nobody has done it properly in Spain yet. Drivers set their own fares in real time. No algorithm. No surge pricing. No platform telling them what their work is worth.

Instead of an algorithm deciding what you pay, drivers publish their own fares in real time - like independent professionals opening their business every morning. No surge pricing. No black-box algorithms. No platform dictating what a driver is worth. Passengers see available drivers nearby, their real price, and choose. Drivers keep what they earn.
