Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the maker behind SyncListing, and I'm excited to finally share what I've been building.
I'm a Canadian reseller, and one of the most frustrating parts of selling online has always been the repetitive work.
I'd create a listing on Facebook Marketplace, then open Kijiji and enter the same title, description, price, and product details all over again. Then repeat the process on other marketplaces.
It felt like I was spending more time preparing listings than actually selling.
So I built SyncListing, a Chrome extension that lets you create one master listing and reuse the details across 10 supported marketplaces.
Here's what makes it different:
One master listing: Save your photos, title, description, price, and other product details.
10 marketplaces: Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Vinted, Poshmark, Depop, Craigslist, Kijiji, LesPAC, VarageSale, and Karrot.
Assisted form filling: Populate marketplace forms without repeatedly copying and pasting.
You're in control: Review everything and click Post yourself. No automatic publishing, relisting, or delisting.
Local-first: Your listing library stays in your browser instead of on a SyncListing cloud server.
Built for multilingual sellers: Support for English, French, Spanish, and international listing workflows.
Why no autoposting bots?
Marketplace enforcement against unauthorized automation is a growing concern. In September 2026, Crosslist stopped offering its Vinted integration to new customers amid increased detection of automated activity and reports of temporary account suspensions.
That's one reason I deliberately designed SyncListing around seller-controlled publishing rather than unattended posting bots.
While no third-party tool can guarantee immunity from marketplace restrictions, I believe sellers should be able to save time without handing over control of their listings.
The philosophy is simple: Automate the repetitive work, not the seller's decisions.
I've included a short demo showing the process from creating a master listing to reusing it on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji.

I'd genuinely love your feedback, especially if you sell on more than one marketplace.
Three things I'm particularly curious about:
Which marketplaces do you use most often?
What's the most frustrating part of cross-listing for you?
Would you prefer a tool that assists with listing forms while you control publishing, or one that automates the entire process?
Thanks for checking it out! I'll be here throughout launch day answering questions and learning from your feedback.

- Maker of SyncListing
Quick question for fellow makers and online sellers 👋
One of the biggest decisions I made while building SyncListing was to keep publishing in the seller's hands instead of automating the entire process.
With marketplaces increasingly scrutinizing bots and automated activity, I wanted to focus on eliminating repetitive listing work without taking over the final Post action.
I'm curious: If you sell on multiple marketplaces, would you prefer assisted form filling where you stay in control, or fully automated cross-posting?
I'd love to hear your thoughts, even if you prefer the fully automated approach. That feedback is genuinely useful as I plan what to build next!
