Hey all 👋 I created the first version of Superlight Support out of necessity. I wanted a live chat widget for my site that: - Was super easy to integrate - Allowed my team to all stay in Slack and monitor no other inboxes - Charged me based on usage, not per employee or per month We've been using the MVP internally for months and have serviced thousands of customers. Now I'm releasing it to the world so hopefully it can help out other founders/makers. This is definitely my V1, so please let me know any feedback and feature requests that may come to mind.
