Hi everyone. I’m Vidas. I race MTB and Gravel as an amateur, I’m a father of three and I run a business. I built Superfly because I needed a training app which adapts to my life not the opposite.

My first XC race was brutal. I bonked and hiked my bike. So I started doing hard intervals once or twice a week. I felt exhausted most of the time and gained very little.

A personal coach costs $100-300 a month. That is hard to justify for a hobby. Plan templates are cheaper, but they don’t adapt when a kid is sick and you miss Tuesday.

So Superfly is a training program written by a coach and run by software. It is aimed towards amateurs who require training and life balance. Superfly does everything one step at a time, no complex planning.

  • Norwegian model. Most of the week is easy Z2. A few interval sessions near the second threshold.

  • Power targets in watts from your own test data.

  • Strava sync. Rides import and match to planned sessions. If you miss a day or ride shorter, the plan adjusts.

  • Intervals level up in small steps, only when you handle the current level.

  • Wahoo/Garmin sync. Workouts go straight to your head unit.

  • AI companion for questions about your plan. It does not write plans or workouts. That part is the coach’s work.

I’m the first athlete on it. I compared spring 2025 with spring 2026 in the same race series and the same group. My average finish went from 46% to 35% of the field. My gap to the winner went from 15% to 11%.

It’s for you if you have a power meter, 5-10 hours a week and a real season on the calendar. If you want +50 W in six weeks, this is not it.

I would really like your feedback, especially from riders who used TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks or a coach. What is missing? What would make you switch?
