SummaLetter - AI newsletter summarizer - Transform newsletter subscriptions into one weekly digest

Summaletter uses AI to pick out important points from the newsletters you're subscribed to. It then creates a short, easy-to-read summary that you can receive once a week (or daily, if you wish). Freeing your time. As simple as that 🙃

Startup in a Weekend Story🌟 In just one weekend, I turned a newsletter FOMO fix into a startup reality. Meet SummaLetter, your weekly summary digest. Here's the #nocode #buildinpublic story: 🛠️ It all started last Friday. After my webinar on using no-code & AI tools for quick launches, I had a lightbulb moment: Why not build my own side project over the weekend? I was already eager to test out a new no-code backend: FastGen. 💡 The idea sparked from a personal pain point and one of the newsletters I receive. Like many, I'm subscribed to tons of newsletters but struggle to keep up. FOMO is real! So, why not create a solution to summarize these newsletters? 🎨 First things first: the name and logo. SummaLetter got its identity thanks to AI. A simple yet effective start. 🖥️ Diving into Fastgen, its clean UI caught my eye. I spent a few hours crafting backend processes, integrating OpenAI for intelligent summaries. 🌐 With the basic backend ready, I switched to my beloved Bubble for the whole app creation. Focused on a user-friendly interface, authentication, and connectivity. Did I already mention how much I LOVE Bubble for its possibilities and speed? ❤️ ✉️ Email integration was key. I chose MailerSend for its efficient transactional email system, and the first summaries were soon generated 😎. 💳 Setting up a revenue model was a breeze with Lemon Squeezy. A few clicks and SummaLetter was ready with a subscription model. ⏱️ Was it really built in a weekend? Absolutely! Tracked by Cluee.app, I spent 11 hours in Bubble, plus some extra time learning FastGen and creating promotional materials. 🚀 That's the story of how SummaLetter came to life in just a weekend! 🚀 It is now live and running, and you can now sign up at https://summaletter.com. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this journey and the app itself. Ever tackled a quick-turnaround project yourself? 😎

So far so good, just waiting on my newsletter summary to review the product. This changes everything for those who like to read a bunch of newsletters or are plain simple busy. I mean I'll still read my favorite newsletter.. The Publish Press as is , but I'll be down to summarize the rest. I wish you left advanced summaries in the free plan since it's only for a month so we could see how good it is. Love your transparency in the comment
