Sulguni Taskbar - Windows-style taskbar for macOS — finally feels right

by
Sulguni Taskbar is a modern replacement for the macOS Dock, inspired by the Windows 11 taskbar. It adds a familiar bottom taskbar to macOS with pinned apps, running apps, window grouping, previews, drag & drop, and multi-monitor support. Works across Spaces and fullscreen apps, stays visible where the Dock often fails, and feels natural for users who prefer a structured, productivity-focused workflow.

I honestly think the macOS Dock is outdated. Yes, I know there are things like window minimize buttons, Mission Control, gestures, and other built-in ways to manage apps. I’ve tried all of that. For me, it still feels inconvenient and fragmented for daily work. There are also many Dock replacements out there, but most of them feel clunky, outdated, or visually stuck in the past. I tested a lot of them and never found something I actually enjoyed using every day. Sulguni Taskbar appeared simply because I couldn’t find a normal solution for my own workflow. It’s not trying to replace how everyone uses macOS, just to offer a cleaner, more structured option for those who miss a proper taskbar. And honestly, full respect to people who love the Dock. If it works for you, that’s great. This is just for users like me who never really clicked with it. Curious to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve felt the same frustration at some point.
