Hi Everyone. I've watched too many good ideas die quietly. Someone spots a problem, says something, and then nothing happens. No follow-up. The frustration that builds from that is real, and it falls hardest on the people with the least room to push: the ones newest to a team, fresh eyes, a perspective nobody has heard yet, and not much of a voice to carry it. So I built Suggistit. Some of the thinking comes from ISO 56001, but the idea itself is simple. One place where an organisation gathers its ideas, issues and pain points. People comment, the debate opens up, and a suggestion that matters starts to build momentum. And momentum is really the point. The longer a good idea sits there with people backing it, the louder the signal gets. At some stage (sorry, leadership) you have to actually close it out. Have a go.
