Why we built an AI receptionist instead of another chatbot

A quick bit of context on why this exists: most "AI chat" plugins for WordPress just bolt a chatbot widget onto a site. Visitors still bounce after hours because nothing actually does anything — no real booking, no real handoff, no real understanding of the site's own content.
