Hey everyone, I’m the creator of StressLess: relax & rhythm. I built this app because I personally struggled with anxiety, overthinking, and not being able to switch off, especially at night. Most meditation apps felt too long, too abstract, or simply too hard to stick with when you’re already overwhelmed. So I wanted to create something simpler. StressLess doesn’t try to make you “meditate the right way.” It helps you come back to calm in just a few minutes, right when you need it. We focus on short, practical meditations, breathing techniques that work fast, and rhythm-based exercises that help reset your mind without effort. Another important thing for us, all content is created in Ukrainian and English, so it feels natural and relatable, not translated. The app is free right now, and I’d really love your feedback!
