Hey everyone! 👋

I've been going to the gym since I was 14. And for years, my biggest struggle wasn't motivation — it was structure. How to build a proper training plan, track workouts without carrying a notebook, and actually know whether I'm progressing or just spinning my wheels.

Over time, I got really into this. I studied training systems, experimented on myself, and eventually figured out what actually works. I solved this problem for myself.

But then I realized something — for most people, this is still confusing as hell.

Friends would ask me what to do at the gym, how to structure their workouts, how many sets, how to progress. I ended up building training programs for them myself because they simply didn’t know where to start or how to do it right.

And that’s when it clicked — maybe this isn’t just my problem.

Now, in the ChatGPT era, there’s more fitness information than ever. But for most gym-goers, that actually makes things worse — too much content, too many opinions, no clear system to follow.

Personal trainers solve this, but not everyone can afford $200–400/month. So I decided to approach it differently.

STR8 generates a personalized gym training program based on your goals, fitness level, and limitations. It’s built on NASM OPT methodology — the same system certified trainers use — but packaged into something simple you can just open and follow at the gym.

A few things worth noting:

  • This is not a ChatGPT wrapper. We built an actual training system with structured progression logic.

  • It creates a long-term program — not random daily workouts.

  • The plan adapts based on your real progress and feedback.

  • Every exercise includes video demos with technique cues.

  • You log sets, reps, and weight — and track your progress over time.

We’re at the MVP stage and actively improving based on real user feedback.

I’d love to hear from you — what would make an app like this a no-brainer for your gym routine?
