Stowe is a free desktop app for people who pay medical expenses out-of-pocket and want to reimburse themselves from their HSA years later — legally and with a clean paper trail. The IRS allows this strategy (called "deferred reimbursement"), but it requires you to keep every receipt for every expense, indefinitely. Stowe makes that manageable.
