If you sell through WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram DMs, what's the hardest part?

by•

Hi all, I'm Ahmed Khaled, the developer behind StorkPlus. We launch here on 7 November.

StorkPlus is built for social commerce: a customer sees a post, sends "how much?" in a DM, and the sale happens in the conversation. Two parts do most of the work:

🤖 A social commerce AI agent that works as your sales agent. It reads every DM on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, turns each conversation into a lead, answers questions, recommends products and follows through to the order, using your live stock and active promotions.

🛡️ A fake-order system that checks every order before you ship. Each order is checked against 15+ fake-order signals (phone number, address, order history and more) plus your own blacklist, so you stop paying shipping on orders that were never real.

Before launch day I'd like to hear from people who actually sell this way:

  1. How many of your DMs turn into real orders today, and where do the rest get lost?

  2. How big is the fake-order problem for you, and how do you handle it now?

  3. Would you let an AI agent close the sale on its own, or only draft replies for you to approve?

  4. What would stop you from trying a tool like this?

Honest answers, including "I'd never use this", are the most useful. You can see the product at , and I'll reply to every comment.
