How does the OCR handle handwriting or low-contrast text on screenshots, and is the captured stitching limited to the app itself or can it stitch content from any scrolling view across iOS?

The scroll-to-stitch works surprisingly smooth and the OCR pulled text cleanly from a messy screenshot. Wish I'd had this for receipts last week.

Does the AI vision engine work offline, or do my screenshots and extracted text get sent to a server for processing?
