I consider myself a fairly pragmatic person. And I am quite skeptical about various forms of AI-based psychological support. But again, as a pragmatic person, I couldn’t help noticing that some AI responses — when trying to discuss complex life situations — resonate with me in a pleasant way that could briefly be described as “everything will be okay.” And I liked that state — when I don’t need advice, action steps, life hacks, or motivation — I just needed simple words of support, a perspective from some distance. I thought it would be wonderful to receive that kind of support from my own future self. Imagine how you might support yourself in your past life situations? Now, when you have already lived through them, processed them, gained life experience, grown from them as a person — what would you say to the version of you who had just encountered it? Without insights, without taking away the experience, just as words of support. This product is intended for people who: • have encountered difficult life situations that feel hopeless; • are experiencing uncertainty, change, or quiet self-doubt; • keep a journal but would like their thoughts to gently respond back to them. You write a letter about your current situation. A letter specifically — not a chat, not a discussion. Without corrections, clarifications, or back-and-forth. About your thoughts, doubts, or joys — something that feels important to you right now in your life. You receive a response from your “future self” — not as a prediction, not as a motivational speech, but as a reflective mirror shaped by your own values and emotional state. This is not therapy. This is not coaching. This is a quiet space for perspective and self-reflection. If you have ever wanted to step outside your current moment and see it with greater clarity — this might be for you. I would be very grateful for your thoughts, feedback, or questions. 🙏
