There is no better tool for rapidly creating training guides for software. Seriously, if your business has more than one person, you absolutely need this tool.

Pros:

It used to take me 1-2 hours to prepare a how to guide for processes and StepShot cut it down to 5 minutes.

Cons:

None so far. They seem to fix bugs before I even find them with their regular updates (lots of active development, which is awesome).

could you please clarify your question so that I could properly answer it?

It's an easy-to-use tool which helps me create and share instructions with screenshots much faster. It saves me a lot of time spent on explaining to my teammates how this or that feature works and how to reproduce a bug

Pros:

It really saves a lot of time One of the reasons - their variables - now I don’t need to copy/paste the same company info on every doc

Cons:

As for me - none of them

Congrats with a great release! And here is a question about the Cloud export: are there any traffic or other limitations? is there any possibility to share the content created with users who have no StepShot subscriptions so far?

Hi ! We do not limit Cloud upload for any user for now. We'll consider limits introduction based on how people interact with their Cloud accounts during the beta. As for sharing content created in StepShot app and published to Cloud - anyone with a shared link can view it, you are not required to have a StepShot account for that.

Just some suggestions and hope to be able to do in the future. - availability to add water mark for screen capture for video export. used more than 1 month since last black Friday.

Pros:

very easy and fast to create a wonderful guide. and thanks for the cloud access. One of the best investment done in last black friday. :)

Cons:

No much, software is pretty stable and can even say, no bugs.
