Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m the maker of StayScan - really excited (and a bit nervous) to share this with you all today.
The idea came from a simple problem I kept seeing: hosts spending way too much time answering the same guest questions over and over — check-in steps, WiFi details, house rules, local tips… every single booking.
So I built StayScan - a simple digital guest guide that lets you send one link with everything your guest needs:
Check-in instructions & house rules
WiFi & property details
Local recommendations (restaurants, experiences, transport, etc.)
Optional upsells & referral links
Guests get a smooth experience, and hosts save hours of repetitive messaging.
It works across any platform - Airbnb, Booking, VRBO, direct bookings - anywhere you can send a link.
There’s a free plan to get started, so anyone can try it without commitment.
I’d genuinely love your feedback - especially from hosts or anyone in travel/hospitality. What would you improve? What’s missing?
Thanks for checking it out 🙌
@stayscan This solves a real friction point in the hosting experience. The cross-platform approach is smart since most hosts juggle multiple listing sites anyway. One thing I'd be curious about: do you see hosts wanting to track which guests actually engage with the guide versus just sending it? That data could be valuable for understanding guest behavior before check-in.

@osakasaul yes, it's part of our roadmap.
