StarCore Engine - Telegram operations, monitoring and outreach on Windows
by•
StarCore Engine is a Windows desktop platform for Telegram multi-account operations. It combines account and proxy management, group monitoring, member collection, broadcast messaging, task orchestration, local data storage, and AI-assisted lead follow-up in one workspace. Version 2.0.9 improves Session portability with system-directory-relative paths for more reliable data migration.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m the maker of StarCore Engine.
I built it after seeing how quickly Telegram operations become fragmented when a Windows team has to manage multiple sessions, proxies, monitored groups, recurring tasks, and follow-up data across separate scripts and spreadsheets.
StarCore Engine brings those workflows into one local desktop workspace: account and proxy management, group monitoring, task orchestration, local data storage, audit logs, and AI-assisted follow-up. The goal is not “automation at any cost”; it is to make each action observable, pausable, and easier to review, while keeping the operator in control and respecting Telegram and community rules.
In v2.0.9, I focused on portability: Session paths are stored relative to the system data directory, making migration and backups more reliable.
I’d especially value feedback on:
1. Which workflow would you test first?
2. What would you need to trust a desktop automation tool with operational data?
3. Which Windows or proxy setup should we document next?
