Hey All, I’m excited to launch StackIQ — an AI-powered supplement tracker built for people who take multiple supplements and want a clearer way to manage their routine. Most supplement apps help you log what you take. StackIQ is designed to go a step further by helping you understand your full stack: what you’re taking, when you’re taking it, where ingredients may overlap, and which possible supplement-medication interactions may be worth reviewing. The goal is simple: make supplement routines easier to understand, safer to manage, and less overwhelming.
