Spotfix - Make website feedback handled, never lost, at a fair price

Stop chasing feedback in emails. Spotfix is a simple website visual feedback widget for teams. Users just highlight any element to leave a comment right on the page. Spotfix automatically captures the URL and context, and optional screenshot. Each comment creates a task you can manage in your workspace or right inside the website widget.

Hey Product Hunt community, I am a marketing guy behind CleanTalk and thrilled to introduce Spotfix, a visual website feedback tool built to turn comments directly into actionable tasks. We created this because we were exhausted by chasing website feedback through messy chats, random screenshots, and scattered notes. The existing market options either felt way too complex for daily team use or demanded a massive yearly budget that is hard to justify for a small team. We initially built Spotfix for ourselves and tested it heavily on our own live and staging environments. Switching from our old chaotic process allowed us to achieve some great results: - We shipped website updates 15% faster - We resolved live bugs 21% more efficiently - We cut down confusing revision cycles by 30% These are our internal metrics rather than a universal promise, but the boost in workflow efficiency convinced us to launch it publicly. I would love your honest feedback, especially on two things: 1. Is the workflow clear from our landing page? 2. Does our pricing model make more sense to you than tools that charge per user seat?

Curious about how this plays with longer pages or single page apps, does it handle context tracking when someone navigates around before submitting feedback?

thank you for your question! A user can scroll up and down a long page as much as they need before submitting feedback. The comment is attached to the page URL, and Spotfix also keeps the extra context they add.

For example, if the user selects text before leaving feedback, the task includes that selected text. If they comment on an image, it includes the image title, so the team can understand what the feedback refers to.

The user can also take a screenshot directly from the Spotfix widget. We usually recommend adding one, especially on longer pages or dynamic pages, because it helps avoid misunderstandings.

It is not a full session replay tool, though. The goal is lightweight website feedback with enough context to understand and fix the issue, not tracking every navigation step before the comment.
