Flex Forms release update

by

Read the update post here:

We originally planned to release Flex Forms earlier, but we’ve decided to postpone the launch.

During the final testing and approval process, additional Google OAuth verification and security assessment requirements were introduced for some of the integrations we were preparing. Rather than rushing the release or launching a feature that depends too heavily on third-party permissions, we’re taking more time to rethink parts of the architecture.

Flex Forms is not cancelled.

We’re using this additional time to make sure it remains aligned with Spixor’s core principles:

  • No unnecessary platform lock-in

  • Clear and privacy-conscious integrations

  • Reliable submission handling

  • Flexible custom connections

  • Export-friendly form options

  • Better testing before release

We are also reviewing alternative ways to handle email delivery and form submissions without requiring broad Gmail or Google Workspace access.

This means Flex Forms will arrive later than originally planned, but in a more flexible, secure and sustainable form.

Thank you for your patience while we work toward a release we can confidently support long term.
