As a business that uses Slack to provide timely support for our Enterprise customers, we need a tool to help us manage these shared channels and our responses effectively, and ensure customers remain satisfied with their support experience, while meeting support response time SLAs. Spekto seems to fill this gap nicely. When the number of shared channels grows to tens and hundreds, doing this manually becomes impossible. Excited to give Spekto a try, I've requested early access.
